Order & Delivery

How long until my PC is shipped?

In-stock PCs are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation. For custom configurations, allow 5 to 7 business days.

Which carriers do you use?

We primarily ship via Colissimo, Chronopost, and Mondial Relay, depending on your choice. All our shipments are insured against damage.

Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking number is sent to you by email upon shipment.

Warranty & After-Sales Service

What is the warranty period?

All our new PCs benefit from a 24-month commercial warranty covering parts and labor. Individual components retain their manufacturer's warranty.

What should I do if my PC breaks down?

Contact us at contact@dsgate.fr describing the problem. We will respond within 24 hours and arrange either remote troubleshooting or a supported return to our workshop.

Components & Configurations

Are your PCs upgradeable?

Yes. All our PCs use standard components (AM4/AM5/LGA1700 sockets) allowing for upgrades to RAM, SSD, graphics card, and even the processor (depending on the socket).

Why DDR4 and not DDR5 on some configurations?

The type of RAM depends on the processor socket. Our AMD Ryzen 7 7700X configurations (AM5 socket) necessarily use DDR5. Other configurations (AMD AM4, Intel LGA1700) use DDR4 for optimal value for money.

Are your PCs for 'gaming' or 'office work'?

Our range covers both. Configurations starting from RTX 3050 are gaming-oriented. Vega 7 / Vega 8 configurations are perfect for advanced office work and light gaming.

Can I customize my configuration?

Yes, contact us at contact@dsgate.fr describing your needs (budget, usage, games played) and we will propose a custom configuration.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and installment payments (3x or 4x interest-free via Alma on Shopify).

Are your prices inclusive of tax?

Yes, all our displayed prices are inclusive of tax, with no hidden extra costs. Standard delivery is free for purchases over €500.

Refurbished

What is the difference between new and refurbished?

Our refurbished PCs (e.g., Dell Precision) are professional machines tested, cleaned, and verified by our workshop. They are sold with a 12-month warranty and a very attractive price. See our refurbishment criteria.
