Since October 2026, DSGate has a physical home. Our store and assembly workshop are located in Brou-sur-Chantereine, in Seine-et-Marne, about 20 km east of Paris. This is where your PCs are built, tested and prepared before shipping, and you can now visit us in person.

What you can do in store
- Collect your order: order on dsgate.fr, then e-mail us at contact@dsgate.fr with your order number to collect in store. We let you know as soon as your PC or accessories are ready.
- Drop off a PC (after-sales, warranty, diagnosis): if you are in the Paris area, bring your machine straight to the workshop instead of shipping it. On-site diagnosis, repair or warranty handling.
- Buy and get advice: gaming PCs, components, peripherals. We help you choose the right configuration for your budget and your games. Need a specific build? Drop by or request a quote.
Getting there
Brou-sur-Chantereine lies between Chelles and Vaires-sur-Marne on the RER E line (Chelles–Gournay and Vaires–Torcy stations nearby).
