Gigabyte Gaming A16 16" 165 Hz Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i7-13620H - RTX 5070 8 GB - 16 GB DDR5 - 1 TB SSD - Windows 11

The Gigabyte Gaming A16 (ref. CWHI3FR894SH) is the most powerful configuration in the "classic" A16 range: an Intel Core i7-13620H with 10 cores and a GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop 8 GB GDDR7 (Blackwell architecture, DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation) behind a 16" WUXGA 1920 × 1200 IPS 165 Hz panel. 1 TB SSD and Windows 11 Home pre-installed: the machine is ready to play right out of the box.

What it's really for

With the RTX 5070 Laptop, the goal is clear: to truly utilize the screen's 165 Hz at 1920 × 1200. Competitive games run at very high frequencies, and major solo titles are played at high to very high settings, with ray tracing made accessible by DLSS 4 and multi-frame generation. It's also the model in the range that best accommodates an external 1440p monitor connected via HDMI 2.1 or USB-C DisplayPort for office use. The 8 GB of video memory remains the limit to watch for "ultra" textures in the most demanding games. For creation, the 10 cores of the Core i7 and the new generation NVENC encoder make this laptop a good tool for video editing, photo retouching, and complementary 3D rendering.
