The GeForce RTX 5050 8GB joins the DSGate lineup. This M5 II perfectly fills the gap that existed between our RTX 3050 machines, designed for budget 1080p gaming, and our RTX 5060 configurations, which are already targeting 1440p. With an AMD Ryzen 5 5500 six-core processor, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 1TB NVMe SSD, this is the machine to choose for gaming in 1080p at high to ultra settings without breaking the €1,000 mark. What the RTX 5050 8GB changes

Compared to the RTX 3050 6GB in our entry-level range, the RTX 5050 brings two concrete advantages. First, 8GB of video memory instead of 6GB: this prevents you from having to lower texture settings whenever a new game arrives. Second, the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture, which provides access to DLSS 4 and its multi-frame generation: on compatible titles, this means gaining several dozen frames per second without touching your settings. Ray tracing is supported, and NVIDIA Reflex remains available to reduce latency in competitive games. Finally, it is a modest card that runs on a 550W power supply and stays cool in a properly ventilated case.

Who is it for?
