Packaging

All our PCs are shipped in reinforced cartons with internal padding (high-density foam). The graphics card and CPU cooler are disassembled and shipped separately in the same carton to prevent any damage during transit. Simple reassembly instructions are provided.

Breakage Insurance

All our shipments are insured against breakage during transport. In case of a damaged carton upon receipt, refuse the package or make specific reservations with the delivery person, then contact us within 48 hours.

24-Month Commercial Warranty

All our new PCs benefit from a 24-month warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty is in addition to the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.

Component Warranty

Individual components (processor, graphics card, RAM, SSD) retain their manufacturer's warranty (generally 2 to 3 years). In the event of a component failure, we will manage the after-sales service with the manufacturer for you.
