Instagram Contest Rules — DSGate

Rules for the "4 prizes to be won — back to school 2026" contest organized on the Instagram account @dsgate.fr. Free participation with no purchase necessary.

Article 1 — Organizer

EP DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, a SASU with a capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 994 374 064, with its registered office at 1 rue d'Enghien, 75010 Paris (hereinafter "the Organizer"), operating the DSGate brand and the dsgate.fr website, is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary.

Article 2 — Dates

The contest runs from Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM to Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Paris time). Any participation recorded outside this period will be considered void. The draw will take place on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

Article 3 — Conditions of Participation

• The contest is open to any natural person of legal age (18 years old on the day of participation) residing in mainland France, having an authentic Instagram account and a valid delivery address.
• Excluded are: the director and employees of the Organizer, as well as members of their immediate family, and anyone who participated in the organization of the contest.
• Only one natural person per Instagram account. Accounts created specifically for the contest, multiple accounts of the same person, and automated accounts are excluded.
• Participation is strictly personal and nominative.

Article 4 — How to Participate

To participate, during the period defined in Article 2, simply:

• be subscribed to the Instagram account @dsgate.fr;
• like the contest post;
• tag a person (a friend) in the comments of this post. Each comment tagging a different person counts as an additional entry; repeated tags of the same person only count once.

Bonus chance: Sharing the post in an Instagram story, mentioning the @dsgate.fr account, entitles you to one additional entry, provided that the participant's account is public or the story is visible to the Organizer at the time of collection.

Participation is free and requires no purchase. No purchase, paid subscription, or fees are required to participate or receive a prize. Any internet connection costs remain the responsibility of the participant and are not reimbursed, as participation is possible from any public access point.

Article 5 — Prizes

There are four (4) prizes to be won. Each winner receives one prize.

Total prize value: €251.96 (incl. VAT). Prizes are new, under manufacturer's warranty, and awarded as-is. They cannot be exchanged, returned, redeemed for cash, or transferred to a third party. The Organizer reserves the right to replace a prize with a product of equivalent nature and value in case of unavailability.

Article 6 — Winner Selection

On September 22, 2026, the Organizer will conduct a random draw from all valid entries using a random drawing tool. Four (4) winners will be designated: the first drawn will be awarded Prize No. 1, the second Prize No. 2, the third Prize No. 3, and the fourth Prize No. 4. Alternates will be drawn to cover any non-responses.

Article 7 — Information and Prize Delivery

• Winners will be announced in a story and/or in the comments of the post, and contacted via Instagram private message from the @dsgate.fr account within 48 hours of the draw.
• Each winner has 7 calendar days from the date the message is sent to respond and provide their delivery details (name, first name, postal address, phone number, email). After this period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate.
• Prizes are shipped within mainland France, with free delivery costs, within an indicative period of 15 business days after receipt of complete contact details.
• The Organizer does not ship outside mainland France.
• No private message requesting payment, bank details, or a gift card will originate from the Organizer. The @dsgate.fr account is the only account authorized to contact winners.

Article 8 — Personal Data

The data collected (Instagram ID, and for winners only: name, first name, postal address, phone number, email) are processed by EP DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, the data controller, solely for the purpose of organizing the contest, designating winners, and shipping prizes. The legal basis is the Organizer's legitimate interest in organizing a promotional operation and the execution of these rules.

Participants' identifiers are kept for up to three (3) months after the draw; winners' contact details are kept for the period necessary for delivery and proof of prize delivery, then archived in accordance with legal retention periods. No data is transferred to third parties other than the carrier responsible for delivery.

In accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act, each participant has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port their data by writing to contact@dsgate.fr. A complaint can be lodged with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Participation in the contest does not entail automatic subscription to the DSGate newsletter.

Article 9 — Non-affiliation with Instagram and Meta

This contest is neither organized, sponsored, nor administered by Instagram or Meta Platforms, and is in no way associated with these companies. Participants acknowledge that their information is provided to the Organizer and not to Instagram or Meta, and release these companies from all liability related to the contest.

Article 10 — Liability

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for a malfunction of the internet network or the Instagram platform, the loss of a comment, a malfunction preventing access to the contest, an error in the contact details provided by a winner, or the loss, theft, or damage of a prize during its transport, the carrier's liability being solely engaged in the latter case. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the use made of the prize by the winner after its delivery.

The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, or cancel the contest if circumstances so require, without its liability being engaged. Any fraudulent participation (multiple accounts, bots, purchase of comments) will result in the cancellation of the participation and, where applicable, the prize.

Article 11 — Acceptance of Rules, Disputes

Participation in the contest implies full and complete acceptance of these rules, which can be freely consulted at this address throughout the duration of the contest. Any claim must be sent to contact@dsgate.fr within a maximum of thirty (30) days after the draw date.

These rules are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction. Consumers may also resort to a consumer mediator free of charge.
